Job Description
As an Analyst I, Commercial Applications, you will be responsible for analyzing scientific, engineering, business, and other data-processing problems to develop and implement solutions for complex applications, systems administration, and network-related issues. This role involves performing systems management and integration functions, improving existing computer systems, and evaluating system capabilities, workflows, and programming limitations.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Analyze data-processing problems and develop solutions to address complex application, systems administration, and network issues.
- Perform systems management and integration functions to optimize workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Evaluate and enhance existing computer systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
- Review system capabilities, workflows, and programming limitations to identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Analyze and recommend commercially available software solutions that align with organizational needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and implement technology solutions that support business needs and objectives.
- Provide regular project updates, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and management.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and collaboration.
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
- An Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
