General Manager
We are currently seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead an exclusive hotel property located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven leader with strong operational expertise and a proven ability to position a property successfully in competitive markets while ensuring financial performance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full operational leadership of the hotel.
- Develop and execute commercial and revenue strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and financial performance.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and brand standards.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the executive team.
- Represent the property with ownership, partners, and the local community.
Profile:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid background in sales and revenue management.
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
- Strategic leadership, financial acumen, and results-driven approach.
- Advanced English required.
- A strong background in Food & Beverage operations is highly desirable.
Experience as a General Manager in a boutique or small luxury property is considered a strong plus.
