Basic Mission of the Position

Supervise and maintain control of all operations, providing our internal and external clients with quality service in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to internal clients to ensure their operations run smoothly.
  • Make the appropriate assignments, forward them to the relevant departments, and supervise and follow up on operations in accordance with the assignments.
  • Ensure that all internal clients make proper use of the company’s facilities, equipment, and property.
  • Conduct daily inspections of all areas regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Perform walkthroughs to maintain workflow and order in all areas.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Availability to reside in the La Altagracia area (Higüey – Punta Cana).
  • Proactive.
  • Energetic.
  • Strong analytical skills.
