Main Responsibilities:

Collect documentation from clients who wish to prepay their reservation and send it to the Revenue Department to process the credit card charge.

Review deposits from prepaid travel agencies.

Send commission support documents to the Credit and Collections Department for payment processing to travel agencies.
-
Receive reservations and send confirmation emails.
-
Forward deposits made by travel agencies or clients to the Accounting Department for validation.
-
Manage online booking platforms (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, among others).

Inform the Reservations Manager and send reports regarding any reservation-related issues.
-
Send each deposit made by travel agencies or clients to the Accounting Department for validation.
-
Other related duties.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Administration or related fields.

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in similar positions.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software.

Knowledge of reservation systems.

Advanced English skills.
