Reservations Agent

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect documentation from clients who wish to prepay their reservation and send it to the Revenue Department to process the credit card charge.
  • Review deposits from prepaid travel agencies.
  • Send commission support documents to the Credit and Collections Department for payment processing to travel agencies.
  • Receive reservations and send confirmation emails.
  • Forward deposits made by travel agencies or clients to the Accounting Department for validation.
  • Manage online booking platforms (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, among others).
  • Inform the Reservations Manager and send reports regarding any reservation-related issues.
  • Send each deposit made by travel agencies or clients to the Accounting Department for validation.
  • Other related duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in similar positions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems.
  • Advanced English skills.
