Strategically direct the Rooms Division, leading the operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler/Guest Services, and related areas to ensure a flawless luxury experience, compliance with brand standards, and a successful resort opening.
Main Responsibilities

Lead the overall strategy and operations of the Rooms Division.

Design and implement operational processes, policies, and standards during the pre-opening phase.

Recruit, develop, and build a high-performing team aligned with the Hyatt culture and the essence of Zoëtry.

Guarantee an exceptional guest experience through personalized and consistent service.

Manage the department’s budget, key performance indicators (KPIs), and productivity metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a successful opening and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
-
Experience as a Director of Rooms, Rooms Division Manager, or equivalent role in luxury hotels or resorts.

Pre-opening project experience is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, strategic vision, and a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, quality control, and guest experience management.

Advanced English proficiency is essential.
